Perfect breakfast pancakes with maple syrup and fresh berries
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs with buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Don't overmix.
Heat a griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh berries, and butter.
